Join us for our annual fall semester FREE Parent & Student SAT & College Readiness Boot Camp during COVID-19 event on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. through Zoom
 
Who should attend? All 8th - 12 grade parent(s) and students!  

COVID-19 has brought a lot of changes to students, parents, community, and educators. During this FREE event, parents and students will work together to develop a plan for college admissions by using various study habit techniques, planning ahead, and evaluating the exam content.

Be part of what we call our"reset" button to how parents and students have had to adjust to learning this academic year.

Be part of the discussion of SAT test optional, but reasons and road maps on how to continue to be College content ready!

All students who attend the event will receive a practice SAT and learn how to score the exam.

Session will include:

  • A parent/student panel - join parents and students who have encountered different college readiness techniques and listen to their feedback and journey
  • Empowering Student Session - a break down of how to adequately build a pathway to prepare for college admission and college content.
  • Empowering Parent Session - how to be proactive in effectively helping your child  
  • Escape room sessions in which both parents and students will participate in timed reading, writing, and math activities and content break down.

This event is an online through Zoom. A Zoom link will be emailed a few days before the event to those register.

Jennifer Ledwith

Jennifer has taught SAT and PSAT Prep to students in public and private schools. She has also prepared students for standardized tests such as Texas Assessment of Academic Skills, Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills, Texas Higher Education Assessment, Graduate Record Exam, and American College Testing. Through private tutoring, Jennifer has helped students with math, writing, and reading from some of the top schools in the area. Her students have gone on to attend or graduate from the University of Texas, Texas A&M, University of Houston, and many other top-ranked universities located both in Texas and throughout the nation.
