She received her Masters in HR Mgmt with an emphasis in Global Org, a Paralegal degree, as well as HR certifications.

After 8 years in the military, and 20+ years in the HR & Employee Relations arena, she is now an HR/ER Consultant. She has just completed her 1210 EEOC case.
