     Today's employees do not respond the same as generations past. With a diverse workforce, encompassing four generations in the workplace, managers and leaders must be effective at successfully engaging, motivating and coaching employees.
     Motivational tools for bringing out the best in others will be discussed, as well as strategies for moving individuals and organizations towards maximum performance and production. Activities and case studies will provide participants the opportunity, to not only learn, but apply coaching and motivational tips to everyday situations and scenarios.

Ron Klinger

Ron is the founder and president of Motivational Transitions, a company that conducts academic and career coaching for high school and college students and provides organizational consulting and staff training. Ron delivers staff training and development sessions for businesses, colleges and universities, and school districts. He has spoken at local, regional, and national conferences on Talent Management, Team and Organizational Effectiveness, Servant Leadership, Motivation, Goal Setting, and Quality Service. He is also a licensed practitioner for Insights Discovery™. Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Bowling Green State University, and his master’s degree in higher education administration from Texas A&M University. Ron’s sessions are interactive and dynamic, with high energy that will leave you inspired and motivated to take action towards producing desired results.
