Mark Grieco

Mark Grieco is senior partner at the law firm of Grieco & Scalera, P.A. The firm specializes in corporate practice with an emphasis on contracts, software licensing, e-commerce, corporate formation, intellectual property, insurance litigation, mergers and acquisitions. He is involved in contract negotiation, implementation, and enforcement at the corporate level and serves as an arbitrator and mediator. Grieco is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He has extensive educational experience, with an emphasis on the purchasing module, and has a substantial background in computer, e-procurement and software issues. He is a frequent world-wide lecturer on the subjects of contracts, software licensing, intellectual property, ethics, international purchasing and negotiations. Grieco has authored Purchasing Contract Law, UCC & Patents, highlighting major aspects of corporate contracts and intellectual property.
