     The key to success in any organization rests on the ability of its mangers and leaders to effectively recruit, develop, engage and retain employees and staff. Often times managers and leaders are expected to know “how to” do it all at the time they are given the responsibility of leading, guiding, growing, and developing others.

Ron Klinger

Ron is the founder and president of Motivational Transitions, a company that conducts academic and career coaching for high school and college students and provides organizational consulting and staff training. Ron delivers staff training and development sessions for businesses, colleges and universities, and school districts. He has spoken at local, regional, and national conferences on Talent Management, Team and Organizational Effectiveness, Servant Leadership, Motivation, Goal Setting, and Quality Service. He is also a licensed practitioner for Insights Discovery™. Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Bowling Green State University, and his master’s degree in higher education administration from Texas A&M University. Ron’s sessions are interactive and dynamic, with high energy that will leave you inspired and motivated to take action towards producing desired results.
