Ron Klinger
Ron is the founder and president of Motivational Transitions, a company that conducts academic and career coaching for high school and college students and provides organizational consulting and staff training. Ron delivers staff training and development sessions for businesses, colleges and universities, and school districts. He has spoken at local, regional, and national conferences on Talent Management, Team and Organizational Effectiveness, Servant Leadership, Motivation, Goal Setting, and Quality Service. He is also a licensed practitioner for Insights Discovery™. Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Bowling Green State University, and his master’s degree in higher education administration from Texas A&M University.
