Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us manage class expenses and instructor commitments, refunds are issued based on the date the cancellation request is received.

• 15 or more business days before the class: 100% refund
• 8–14 business days before the class: 75% refund
• 4–7 business days before the class: 50% refund
• 0–3 business days before the class:

No refund Cancellation requests must be received by guerrero@uhcl.edu no later than the applicable deadline.

Registrations may be transferred to another individual or to the next class offering prior to the start of the class, subject to class offering schedules. Student must attend both day 1 & 2 of class consecutively. Once student attends day 1 NO REFUNDS will be issued & no moving registration to another class offering. Student is not allowed to take 1 day of class and then another on another class offering.
